Room 6

Amazing resort on Lake Namakagon by Cable, Wisconsin. Resort consists of many rentals for long stays, rentals for just a few nights, wonderful meeting area and bar (indoor and outdoor seating) with fabulous views and yummy drinks of choice including delicious martini's. The owners' have boat rentals for your enjoyment of the lake. Across the lake they have recaptured an ol' time gathering spot into a clean, fun bar with boat parking called Yellow Lab. We know the lake well and look forward to staying again and enjoy the live music on the lake and generosity of the owners as the welcome people to the Northwoods!

We stayed Tuesday and Wednesday nights, in room 6, above the bar. The room was spacious, comfortable, and attractive. We loved all the creative birch bark and branch trim. The directions for self check in were clear, and worked well. Other guests were welcoming and friendly. We spent the mornings on the deck with coffee. While pontooning with friends, we did stop at the Yellow Dog Saloon for a beer. The bartender Ben was friendly and welcoming. What a nice open bar, with a great view of the lake!
